Arabic cuisine is definitely on-trend, so as a vegan food supplier we’ve created this Middle Eastern-inspired deli roll that is crammed with Arabic tastes and ingredients. A great addition to your lunchtime menu.
Kara Wholemeal Hoagies
Black olive tapenade
Artichoke, preserved in olive oil
Lightly toast one of Kara’s wholemeal hoagies until golden.
Cook the falafel in a little olive oil, according to instructions.
Start to build by spreading a generous layer of the black olive tapenade onto the base of the roll and top with the cooked falafel, artichoke, carrot ribbons and a little watercress.
Serve immediately with a side of baba ganoush and crunchy pitta chips.
Top tip: For extra crunch scatter over some sesame seeds.
