Sundried Tomato & Artichoke Pizza

Kara 340g Doughball
Black Olives, chopped
Roll out the pizza dough to the required shape. Prick over the base with a fork to prevent too much rise.
Next, spread a generous amount of tomato sauce onto the base of the pizza. Top with your choice of vegan cheese (we used vegan mozzarella) and finish with aubergine, sundried tomatoes and olives.
Place into a pizza oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes. Fresh basil.
