Injected White Chocolate and Lemon Muffins
These muffins are injected with mouthwatering fillings which simply ooze from the centre when cut into!
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Egg, Vegetable Oil, Lemon Curd (12%) (Sucrose Syrup, egg, Unsalted Butter, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Citric Acid, Gelling Agent: Agar, Natural Flavouring, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrate); White Chocolate (12%)(Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla); Water, Lemon Comminute, Lemon Zest, Whey Powder (From Milk), Modified Maize Starch, Cornflour, Raising Agents: Sodium Aluminium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate; Salt, Emulsifier: Lecithin; Natural Flavour.

Directions For Use: To defrost, remove from case and leave in pack at room temperature for 1-2 hours, or until fully defrosted. Once defrosted, store in a sealed container, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Consume within 2 days of defrost.
Storage Instructions: Keep frozen, store frozen at -18°C (0°F) or below. Once defrosted do not re-freeze
