Ciabatta
Just the thing to accompany a lunchtime cappuccino, our ciabatta made the Italian way.
Baked in a traditional stone oven and using extra virgin olive oil in the dough gives it real authentic flavour.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, water, rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, wheat gluten, salt, yeast, emulsifier: E471; vegetable oil.

Directions For Use: Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F). Once defrosted do not re-freeze. To defrost: Remove packs from box and lie flat. Allow to thaw at room temperature in bags for approximately 1 hour. Once thawed, store in a sealed bag, in a cool dry place and use within 48 hours.
