Our classic white bloomer bread is ideal to make any sandwich special.
We freeze all our bread as soon as it's baked to ensure all the freshness and taste is locked in as it's delivered to you!
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Water, Yeast, Salt, Vegetable Fat, Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Di-Acetyltartatic Esters of Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Soya Flour, Vinegar, Preservative (Calcium Propionate) Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid)
Contains: Wheat, Gluten, Soya.
This product may contain traces of Sesame Seeds and Milk as it has been made in a factory that uses Sesame Seed and Milk ingredients.

Units Per Case 6. 6 cases per layer. 60 cases per pallet.
Directions For Use: To defrost: remove product from case and leave in bag at room temperature for 3 hours, or until fully defrosted. Once defrosted, store in a sealed bag, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
Once defrosted use within 48 hours.
Storage Instructions: Keep frozen, store at -18°C or below. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
