Panini Roast Beef Sandwich
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons light sour cream
2 Tablespoons horseradish sauce
4 slices Panini
24 slices shaved roast beef
4 Swiss cheese slices
Method:
- In a small mixing bowl, add sour cream and horseradish sauce.
- Mix and spread evenly onto 2 of the panini slices.
- Top with meat, cheese and pickles; cover with remaining panini slices.
