Managing Director, Kara Foodservice

Paul's career started in the coffee industry, working for companies such as Tchibo Café, Kraft Foods and Douwe Egberts before establishing his own marketing agency which he ran for four years working with brands such as Masterfoods and Kelloggs. Paul joined the Fletchers Group of Bakeries as Sales & Marketing Director becoming Managing Director of Kara Foodservice in 2007.

Jeff has 25 years' experience of bakery industry management. He started his career as a graduate trainee with CWS later moving to British Bakeries, Carrs Milling and then Primebake as Operations Director.

Jeff has been at Kara in his current role as General Manager for nine years. He has an engineering background and has been involved with developing maintenance systems and new plant construction projects.

His home interests include golf and gardening.

Meet Carole Riding. Carol is one of our longest serving employees having been with us now for over 20 years.

Responsible for cleaning and hygiene at our Whitefield head offices near Manchester, Carole's seen plenty of changes in the business over the years and reckons the business has a lot of promise under the Kara Foodservice brand.

"The people here make it a great place to be. There's quite a few staff that have been here a long time and the fact that on the whole there's a lot of happy people at Kara is what's kept me here. I really enjoy my job. There's always a lot to do and I don't get mithered."
