Directions For Use: To Defrost: Remove packs from box and lie flat. Allow to thaw at room temperature in bags for approximately 1 hour. Once thawed, store in a sealed bag in a cool dry place and use within 48 hours.

Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F). Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
