Rosemary & Sea Salt Foccacia
Here is an easy way to make a tasty Italian style focaccia with minimum fuss. Just take one Kara doughball.....

Ingredients
1 x Kara Doughballs 270g (defrosted as per instructions)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Coarse Gound Sea Salt
Rosemary Leaves
Method
1. Remove defrosted doughball from the fridge and place in a large, lightly oiled bowl. Cover with cling film and leave in a warm place to rise until double its size.
2. Pre heat oven to 190C/400F/Gas 5.
3. Knock back the risen dough in the bowl and then tip onto a lighly floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes, then shape into a large rough cirle.
4. Place on a baking tray and cover with a clean damp cloth or oiled cling film and leave to rise for 15 - 20 minutes.
5. When the dough has risen, remove film / cloth. Push your finger tips into the dough to form dimples.
6. Brush with the olive oil, and sprinkle with the sea salt and rosemary leaves. Leave for 10 minutes to rest.
7. Place in the oven and bake for approximately 25 - 30 minutes until golden brown.
8. Place on a wire rack to cool slightly, drizzle with a little oil olive and serve
Serve with a oil and balsamic dip for a great sharing starter!
