Roast Beef Panini Sandwich
Delightful sandwich stuffed full of beef and cheese. They can be eaten cold or why not pop in a sandwich toaster for a delicious Panini.
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons light sour cream
2 Tablespoons horseradish sauce
2 Bar Marked Panini
24 fine slices roast beef
4 Swiss cheese slices
Method

In a small mixing bowl, add sour cream and horseradish sauce and mix

Spread evenly onto the bases of the Panini.

Top with the beef, and cheese cover with the top of the Panini. Can be served cold, but why not pop in a sandwich toaster for a lovely hot Panini

Why not serve with salad and some sour cream flavoured hand cooked crisps
