Brie and Cranberry Crusty Rolls
How about this continental version of the humble cheese and jam sandwich? The sweet and sour of the cranberry and brie is complimented by the malted notes in the petit pain. Bon appétit!

Ingredients:
Large block of soft brie
Cranberry sauce or preserve
8 Malted Wheat Petit Pain warmed
Rocket leaves

Cut open the Malted Wheat Petit Pains

Spread cranberry sauce in each petit pain. Fill with rocket leaves and generous with slices of brie.
