Breakfast Open Sandwich

A breakfast toasted teacake with a twist!

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

Kara MK4 Spiced Fruit Teacake
Ricotta cheese
A few slices of fresh fruit e.g. kiwi or strawberries
Clear Honey (Honey must be clear)

Method

  1. Toast the Teacake

  2. Spread with the ricotta cheese.

  3. Decorate with fruit and drizzle some honey on top.
