Sausage & Dill Sauce Reuben
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
Honey dill sauce (½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup. honey mustard, 2 teaspoons snipped dill)
4 slices ciabatta
1/3 head of cabbage, shredded finely
1 package (1 pound) smoked sausage (any variety), sliced lengthwise
8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, honey mustard and dill.

Mix to make the Honey Dill Sauce.

Place the ciabatta slices side by side in a baking dish.

Spread each slice with approximately 1 tablespoon sauce.

Layer each slice with ¼ of the cheese, cabbage and sausage.
