Garlic Tear 'n' Share Bread
So easy to do and great for sharing!
Ingredients
Kara Doughball 500g - defrosted
Butter
Crushed Garlic
Rock Salt
Black Pepper (optional)
Mixed herbs
Grated cheese (optional)
Method
Place the defrosted doughball in a bowl and cover. Allow to rise. Knock dough back, then divide into small rough shaped balls.
Melt the butter in a pan on a low heat to prevent it burning. Stir in the crushed garlic and salt (also black pepper if required). Take butter off the heat.
Take the small balls of dough and coat with the butter and place them so they are just touching in a baking tin.
Sprinkle with herbs. Cover with cling film and leave to rise (until tin is filled)
Coat with more garlic butter, add grated cheese (optional), place in a pre-heated oven (200C) and bake until golden.
Serve warm with dips as a starter - delicious!
