Bailey's Double Chocolate Trifle

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

6 Kara Filled Chocolate Tulip Muffins
Large bag of Maltesers
300ml pot Whipping Cream
250ml Bailey's Liqueur
A Cadbury's Flake bar
Tub of chilled Ready Made Custard

Method

  1. Crumble 3 of the chocolate muffins into the bottom of a large bowl until you have a layer about an inch deep

  2. Pour some of the Maltesers over the muffin base and drizzle with Bailey's liqueur.

  3. Pour over the custard to create a thin layer.

  4. Once the whipping cream has been whisked to a firmer consistency apply a layer of this carefully over the custard.

  5. Repeat this whole process until the bowl is full and there is a layer of cream on the top of the trifle.

  6. Crumble the Cadbury's Flake over the top.

  7. Chill before serving.
