Lemon & Chilli Chicken Burgers
This is a chicken burger with a kick, and its healthy too. The lemon and chilli combine to give a delicious edge to the chicken and it is rounded off with the subtle granary notes in our MK5 Harvest bun
Ingredients 
For the Marinade
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Kara MK5 Harvest Buns x 4
Sliced Beef Tomatoes
Lemon Mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves mixed
Method
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken breasts and ensure fully covered in the marinade. Cover and place in fridge for 2 – 6 hours.
When ready to cook, prepare and preheat grill. Cook chicken for 12-17 minutes, turning once and brushing frequently with marinade, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Discard remaining marinade.
Toast the inside of the buns.
Cover each base with the lemon mayonnaise, add lettuce and a chicken breast, top with sliced tomato and place the top on the bun.
Serve with spicy potato wedges with a salsa dip, and a crisp green salad!
