Blue Cheese & Bacon Burger
This is a cheese and bacon burger with a difference, with the blue cheese and bacon flavours complimenting the beef from the burger, and topped off with the malted notes from the beer bap! Mouth watering!

1 small onion, finely chopped
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

-
Drizzle bottom of bap with a little mayonnaise and put on a layer of finely chopped lettuce. Place the burgers and cheese on top. Top each with 2 pieces of crispy bacon.
-
Top with top half of baps and serve
